Export / Shipping Administrator required for my client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery.
The main responsibility of the Shipping Co-Ordinator is for the shipping of all items within aftersales relating to spare parts, spares kits & recommended spares and all related documentation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Export / Shipping Administrator:
Evidence of Origin
Certificate of Origin through Chamber of Commerce
Arranging air freight and road transport
Documentary collections through bank
Manage frequent phone calls and emails from customers
Raise purchase orders to cover transport
Liaise with customers on all issues regarding shipping
Provide quality customer service and effectively handle customer enquiries
