Project Manager
Location: China
This company is principally engaged in property development and hotel operations in Greater China. The Company strives to become a leading developer in China offering quality townhouses and low-rise condominiums primarily targeting the growing middle-class customers, and to be a leading 3- and 4-star hotel developer and operator in Asia.
They require a degree qualified project manager, with either and architectural or engineering background. Must have a background in commercial and residential mixed-use developments, in China. You be able to speak English and Mandarin, and write technical reports in both, is preferable.
