Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the overall technical and administrative management and be responsible to manage a team of Architects and Engineers assigned to the project. Duties will include:

Overall project management and time schedule control.
Liaison and coordination with Client, International consultants and local authorities.
Schedule and conduct meetings including inter-discipline coordination meetings to discuss progress issues and provide directions
Lead the Architecture team in coordination and quality control.
Coordinate with specialist firms for specialist works, agree program and delivery schedules.
Direct the total project design development effort.
Assign duties as required for proper coordinated design.
Monitor design submittals for accuracy, completeness and imelines.
Make presentations to the Client.
Prepare progress Reports

Qualifications: Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 15 years experience in similar size multi use developments, project value is approx. $500 million. Previous job posting at an International Architecture firm essential. Post Graduate in project/Construction Management will be an advantage.
