Our client has been operating throughout the Middle East since the 1960’s and they have an excellent track record as a construction company delivering on prestigious list of projects. They currently require a Commercial Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate in Quantity Surveying and will have a number of years experience with large Contracting companies involved in high rise, commercial or residential building projects. The main focus of the role will be establishing and preparing contractual letters, claims and variations.
