Currently we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Development on direct hire in Abu Dhabi, UAE, for our client, a major international Real Estate Developer located in Abu Dhabi and headquartered in the United States.
Our client is responsible for design, infrastructure, construction, leasing, and property management functions of new developments.
For the position of Senior Financial Analyst – Development, you require the following:
Experience
• Interpretation and implementation of complex financial models and techniques.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable information to be able to have a positive impact on the top and bottom line. Being able to correlate operational activity to financial results and use it to accurately predict the future and to positively impact operational performance.
• Business, Strategic, and Tactical planning to ensure the health and growth of the business in the short, intermediate, and long run, including participating in bi-weekly pricing and proposal
meetings, title anniversary reviews, SBU strategy meetings and portfolio analysis, postacquisition acquisition model reviews, investment business case reviews, etc.
Main Duties
• Assists in and / or performs financial analysis due diligence. Creates financial models for potential projects.
• Underwrites prospective transactions.
• Analyzes data and forms recommendations concerning the acquisition and development potential and feasibility of potential projects.
• Assists in document preparation and transaction structuring. Coordinates transactions with legal counsel.
• Performs valuations on owned assets. Analyzes alternative investment and financing strategies.
Experience, Qualifications, competence
• Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting / Real Estate
• Preference for MBA / CMA with 5-7 years of real estate experience is preferred
