This is an opportunity to join KEO in the role of Senior MEP Manager as one of the senior site representatives for all matters related to construction quality assurance and document compliance of mechanical and electrical works.

To be successful in this role you would be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

• Large site experience particularly in conference centers and universities, including strong knowledge and capability in audio/visual.

• Monitoring the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents and the Procedures manual.

• Overseeing the review and approval process for all mechanical and electrical technical submittals.

• Coordination and supervision of the work of all mechanical and electrical activities and operations.

• Liaison with local authorities and ministerial agencies.

• Reviewing contractors’ claims related to mechanical works.

• Preparation of recommendations on claims - approval or rejection.

• Assisting Quantity Surveyors in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules.

• Approve the contractor’s as-built drawings and O&M manual submittals.

Qualification: A Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Membership of a professional Engineering Institution would be beneficial.

Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
