The Role:

Develop and maintain the overall detailed project schedules.

Provide variance analysis of critical plans and make any adjustments / recommendations in order not to delay the project schedule

Review and approve the design schedules as submitted by the contractor and ensure it is in line with the overall project schedule

Regularly Audit the Contractors performance and processes in line with schedule

Involvement in the identification of project schedule risk assessment, analysis and mitigation proposals.

Review any changes and deviation from planned schedule

Coordination of reporting interfaces with contractors and other departments.

Maintain/develop project controls procedures (i.e. control structure, progress measurement etc.)

Weekly/monthly progress reports to project managers / client


Requirements
Minimum 10 -15 yrs of experience in a senior planning position (recent experience of Airport planning ideal)
Experience of large scale projects
Planning experience on Airport project
Primavera 5 or 6
Good communications skills (English Language)
