My client is a well-established real-estate development company in Bahrain with Royal connections. Bahrain offers a high quality of life and enjoys very competitive living costs compared to other GCC members.

Currently working on one of the largest mixed-use developments in the middle-east they urgently require a Project Manager to help work on this project and also manage other developments in the company’s portfolio. The Project Manager will responsible for executing and finalizing project(s) as per strict deadline and within budget. He will be coordinating with various team members and third party consultants to deliver projects according plan. The Project Manager will have direct involvement in the quality control of the projects and will ensure that projects are being executed according to best practice. He will control all health, safety and environmental measures of the projects and will put a risk mitigation strategy to minimize potential risk hazards during execution of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, control and supervise project development process from beginning to end. Delineate and identify project objectives and deliverables and regularly communicate with upper management on level of achievements of such deliverables. Prepare a detailed work breakdown structure and project plan showing all activities of project from beginning to end. Maintain close control over project execution and provide critical feedback to management to help adjust resources accordingly. Closely coordinate with project stakeholders on regular basis. Develop detailed resource plan to identify and schedule resources needed to execute project including manning requirements, budget and other resources. Develop project’s critical path, project dependencies and project milestones. Generate regular reports to stakeholders and upper management. Manage variation orders and changes in project scope and project deliverables.
