POSITION: Contract Manager
LOCATION: Hong Kong with travel

Established in 2004, this company mainly engages in oil, gas and minerals investment and exploration, crude oil trading and large-scale national reconstruction projects. With the headquarter office in Hong Kong, the company also has branch offices in China, Africa and Latin America.

They are currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager to join their team who must have the following requirements:
- degree holder in quantity surveying or relevant discipline
- responsible quantity surveying / budgeting / cost control / subletting / tendering
- China project experience
- overseas project experience advantage
- Chinese / English contract drafting
- Mandarin speaking
- travel to China and overseas required
- min 7 years experience
- candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant

The position is to be based in Hong Kong but with frequent travel to Angola with the possibility of being stationed there for 2-3 months. Attractive benefits will be offered to the suitable candidate including frequent flights home, medical and accommodation.
