M&E Project Manager

Should have at least 20 years experience in HVAC, Power, Electricals for high-spec buildings preferably hospitals.

PM expected to review the designs and oversee the M&E subcontractors.

We are carrying out large scale new build and facilities management and we already have an established team of ex-pats.

The site involves the massive redevelopment of a Teaching Hospital/College of Medicine complex. We currently have 4 new buildings going up and have rehabilitated over 15 buildings for which we are providing facility management.

You will have relevant qualifications and ideally extensive hands-on experience of working abroad, with African experience a bonus.

The package will include salary in Sterling or Dollars - TAX FREE - with a local allowance in Naira, plus:
