One of the world’s largest consultancy is looking for Senior Water Engineer for their Dubai office. The successful candidate will play a key role in Water Division helping deliver high quality and varied engineering solutions and will be expected to manage a portfolio of projects from feasibility to implementation.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project consultation with a wide range of client groups and often involving public consultation.
- Specialist engineering capability on major projects and support the Senior Project Manager
- Traffic calming and traffic management projects.
- The role will be required to support the tendering team to produce programmes and other deliverables in support of bids for Transportation projects
- Provide technical transport planning and engineering inputs from scheme conception through to option development, evaluation and scheme selection.


CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

The candidate will ideally have the following capabilities:
- Vast experience in planning software packages, including PICADY, OSACDY, ARCADY, TRANSYT and LINSIG.
- Degree related qualifications, preferred but not essential.
- Extensive post-chartered Transportation Engineering experience desirable.
- A proven record of maintaining Transport Planning/Traffic Engineering projects
- Experience in the use of AutoCAD would be an advantage, however, not essential.
- Team leadership experience would be advantageous but not essential.
