Assistant Development Manager - Dubai

They are looking for an assistant development manager to be based in Dubai

Overseas two key projects located in the Jebel Ali region of Dubai. The candidate will work directly with the Development Manager and will play an instrumental part in a multidisciplinary team that will be responsible for delivering the projects on time and to budget.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualified and preferably with some experience in the delivery of mixed use master plan projects;
Excellent communication and numerical skills;
Experience in property appraisal, construction, design, planning or project management is essential;
Good commercial acumen and market awareness;
Ability to manipulate and interpret financial models;
Experience in Estate Master advantageous;
Fundamental Understanding of project finance;
Natural flair for development to provide new initiatives and alternatives to the entire development process.
