Due to our ongoing expansion a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Architect to be based in our Oman office

Requirements
Technical Competencies

Essential
Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in site supervision activities including review of shop drawings, materials and high quality finishing
Should be AutoCAD competent and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team
Experience in a variety of buildings such as high rise towers, hotels, retail and mixed-use buildings

The right candidates would be proactive, cooperative, diligent, energetic and self-starters.
Will work as a member of a team and be expected to contribute to team performance and demonstrate use of initiative

Responsibilities
To work within the site supervision team
To manage a team of architectural inspectors to ensure high levels of construction quality are achieved.
To co-ordinate architectural related submittals (shop drawings, materials etc) are answered or passed to the responsible parties
To provide architectural support to the Resident Engineer.
