Corporate Quality Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementation, development and improvement of the Group's integrated Management System in coordination with the Corporate HSE Manager.
• Preparation, issue and amendment of documents in the management system.
• Heading the Group's Quality Management Team and regional quality personnel.
• Performing or arranging through the regional Quality Managers/Engineers, internal audits of the management system and maintain records of the audits.
• Monitor the performance of the management system and reporting to corporate management in coordination with the Corporate HSE Manager.
• Defining quality targets for projects and offices.
• Organizing the recruitment, periodic evaluation and training of all personnel in the Quality Department.
• Liaise with independent accredited certification bodies and organize activities for maintaining company’s ISO certification in coordination with the Corporate HSE Manager.
The prospective candidates should have:
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil or E/M Engineering from internationally recognized University.
• Specialization in Quality Management in the form of Post Graduate studies, and / or specialization seminars.
• At least 10 years experience in Quality Management positions in the Construction industry.
• At least 2 years experience in top Quality Management position in reputable large organization.
• Experience in ISO 9000/ 2000, 14001 , 18001 Certification procedures for large organizations.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills in multinational environment.
