Responsibilities

Full-chain responsibility for planning, leading, controlling and organizing all the Operational & Strategic actions associated with successfully delivering the project to practical completion and achieving the targeted project profitability. Main elements include external control of all documentation and correspondence in accordance with the Contract and internally, to manage the overall delivery and installation process of the elevators and escalators in accordance with the key milestone dates and within the budget parameters.

Requirements

 Degree in Engineering/Project Management/Industrial Electrics/Mechanical Engineering
 Min 5 years’ project management experience in handling elevator and escalator projects in large scale construction sites
 Experience in fast-track projects with proven track record for achieving overall project goals and targets
 Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and able to place strong emphasis in Safety & Quality aspects
 Good communication and management skills to lead a multi-national team of people, including the ability to deal with details while maintaining a strategic overview
 A self-starter who is familiar with process driven techniques and all basic elements regarding elevator construction on site
 Proficient in MS Project and posses financial management skill in managing the project
