Position : Senior Project Manager – Major Hotel Project - Oman (Western Educated Preferred)
Salary : 55K-60+ AED per month + Completion Bonus + Flights ++
Location : Oman
• A leading Project Management Consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to work on a multi-million dollar project based in Oman.
Only candidates on short notice period can be accepted
• Previous (gulf / asia) overseas hotel experience is essential
• Ideally, should have worked for either a Project or Construction Manager before (preferably either Civil Engineer or Construction Management background / qualified)
• Will be based immediately in Muscat, with limited travel back to Dubai
• Project Manager for 360 bed resort style 5 star hotel ; overseeing a team of Consultants Employers Representatives (RE’s; Civil Engineer, Architect, & MEP Engineers)
• Reporting to Senior Project Manager, with a site based Project Manager support team of design manager, mechanical and electrical project manager, infrastructure manager, and (currently) visiting commercial and planning managers.
• A Degree in Engineering (Civil, construction or structural), with at least 12-15 years experience in project management / construction management and preferably 5-7 with an international company would suit ideally.
