Position: Senior Contracts Manager - VP11164
Location: Dubai
Salary: up to £100k
Established over 60 years ago, this is a leading International Consultancy, providing facility and infrastructure solutions with a superior program management and technology-based approach.
They have the ability to plan, design, construct, and operate diverse facilities and infrastructure systems and employ 10,000 world-wide, through a network of International offices.
They are currently consulting on world class civil and infrastructure projects, including The Dubai Metro and several large scale interchange and highways schemes for the RTA, and require a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee a number of Contracts and manage staff within the Commercial/Contracts team.
You will need a degree in quantity surveying, and experience working on civils and infrastructure projects, with rail & highway exposure of particular interest. You will also need to be familiar with FIDIC forms of contract, have dealt with large scale claims and ideally have spent some time working in the MENA region previously.
