One of the world’s largest consultancies is looking for Senior Coastal Engineer for their Dubai office. The successful candidate will play a key role in Marine Division helping deliver high quality and varied engineering solutions and will be expected to manage a portfolio of projects from feasibility to implementation.

Responsibilities:

 Undertake coastal engineering studies to support major infrastructure projects and strategic coastal studies
 Working alongside Engineers and Environmental Scientists to progress all stages of the project from inception through to detailed design and implementation.
 Responsible for the delivery of technically accurate and reliable studies within agreed programme and budget.

Skills:

 Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with a proven track record desirable.
 Knowledge and experience of coastal and estuarine work is essential.
 Candidate would have ability to work on varied projects including strategic studies, outline and detailed design of various scheme types, monitoring and project implementation with knowledge of current best practice.
 You will have good IT skills and experience of working within a design team, preferably with UK experience.
 Be keen to develop themselves through good experience in a small but diverse team. At the same time ability to manage individual elements of work will be useful.
