Supervisor de quantidade - Pré Contrato

A Leading Construction Company in Bahrain is looking for Project Quantity Surveyor.

The projects are for the Heavy Construction Division of the company including Roads, Bridges, marine works, Pipelines and Infrastructure works.

Minimum 12 Years relevant commercial / quantity surveying experience,

Quantity Surveying degree qualified, have the ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers on single or multiple projects.

Must have experience of Cost Value Reconciliations and Monthly Accounting, managing large value variation accounts, establish and manage multiple subcontract and supplier accounts.

Wide exposure to FIDIC Conditions of Contract, have the ability to write basic contractual correspondence and have some contractual claims experience.
