As an Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for making design decisions and recommendations to establish basic design solutions. This position requires strong leadership and Client facing skills as well as the ability to work with a team in a multi- disciplinary environment.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Design experience with the following types of buildings / projects: tall towers, commercial, hospitality and residential.
• Strong Electrical Design experience of: Low voltage systems, CCTV, fire and alarm systems, data/voice structured cabling and lighting controls.
• Use of computer software / analysis tools such as: ECODIAL 3.3, DIALUX and HEVACOMP
• Familiarity with NFPA 70,72,101, British Standard BS7671, IEE Wiring regulations, ASHRAE, BICSI and EIA/TIA codes and standards
Qualification: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering. Membership of a professional Engineering Institution would be beneficial. e.g. Chartered Engineer or PE.
