We are seeking a Project Director/ Contracts Administrator for a prestigious new development in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be the formal principal Engineer's Representative for the 10m sq.ft, mixed use development. The project will comprise of hotels, residential and office buildings and
significant public spaces built over a 4-storey basement car park. This role will require an energetic and experienced world-class construction individual with significant Middle East experience.

The Project Director will lead a site based team of up to 50 architects and engineers and will have day to day contact with the employer, their project managers, cost consultants and consulting engineers as well as the main contractor, local authorities and utilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the architect's site team and will have exceptional technical and construction knowledge necessary to discharge of the role of the 'Engineer' during construction, and the defects liability period under the FIDIC form of the contract. Proven successful delivery on similar large-scale projects is essential.
