THE FIDIC ENGINEER
Our Client, a major Gulf Developer seeks a leader for his mixed use development in Bahrain. Value in excess of $400 Million.
This professional will lead the complete process on site, reporting to the Client representative. He will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project, providing the Client with all the appropriate reports and controls necessary for its success.
He will carry out the role of ‘the Engineer’ under the contract taking charge of the administration of the construction contract and all matters in relation to the Site works. He will lead the Client’s site consultant teams which will consist of commercial, construction management, design and supervision consultants as well as the main contractor.
He will be experienced in leading international designers through the rigors of Client signoff and will manage compliance with legislation and liaise with local authorities.
He will have had a minimum of 10 years as a senior project manager either as a contractor or as a consultant PM. He ust have already carried out the role of the FIDIC Engineer
He will possess the experience to be able to drive through solutions to the day to day problems which present themselves.
