Project: University Shadadiah - Kuwait

The PCS Manager should have solid knowledge of managing the pre construction phase of a major project. He / she would need to have as many of the following requirements as possible in order to be able to address the project requirements.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 15 years of working experience preferably in the Gulf region
· The experience gained should include a number of years of working in major projects which includes infrastructure and buildings preferably with some experience of educational types of projects (Colleges / universities etc.)
· Have a good understanding of Project Control System components and its implementation
· Be fully conversant with the planning packages such as Primavera’s P3, SureTrak and MS Project
· Be able to produce and update Master and detail schedules
· Be able to review, evaluate and approve Consultants’ & Contractors’ Schedules and prepare an evaluation report highlighting potential shortcomings as applicable
· Be capable of evaluating claims covering both aspects of time and cost
· Be able to produce and evaluate monthly progress reports
· Be able to review and approve payment applications
· Be fully conversant with the standard forms of contract utilized within the construction industry
