The Construction Manager will serve as the senior site representative on tall tower construction projects, being responsible for all matters related to the management of the construction, time, cost and quality of the project.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:

• Developing and implementation of contract administration, policies and procedures.

• Reviewing and approving of contractor’s payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.

• Coordinating requests for Information (RFI’s) from the contractors and site offices and provide meaningful responses.

• Reviewing as-built drawings and the O&M manuals for accuracy and adequacy prior to submission to Steering Committee.

• Monitoring the contractor’s progress and prepare progress reports on a monthly basis.

• Scheduling and chairing site progress site meetings.

• Review and manage the contractor’s progress.

Qualification: BSc Degree in degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Membership of a professional Engineering Institution would be advantageous.

Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be preferred as would fluent Arabic language skills.
