MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL DIVISION
Experience in MEP background essential
- B.Sc Quantity Surveying
- B.E Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
- Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience in an MEP contracting company desirable.
The successful Candidate should be able to understand the contracts and its terms and conditions as expressed in FIDIC or other forms of conditions of contracts. They should have the ability to meet Consultants and Clients in defending claims and safeguarding Company rights.
The candidate is responsible for all mid and post contracts issues, project financials, final settlements, variations, sub contractor’s payments including handing over. They are responsible for all contractual issues on projects like contractual correspondence, identifying claims and preparing complete claim submittals, filing claims, settlement of claims & disputes.
