The Senior Project Controls Engineer will be pivotal in managing the pre-construction phase of major projects based in Duqum, Oman.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

• Knowledge of managing the pre construction phase of a major project.

• Good understanding of Project Control System components and their implementation.

• Reviewing, evaluating and approving consultant’s and contractor’s schedules.

• Prepare evaluation reports highlighting potential shortcomings as applicable.

• Analysing claims covering both aspects of time and cost.


Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering. Demonstrated experience with planning packages such as Primavera’s P3 and MS Project.


Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.

Please note that the role will be based in Duqum (600km south of Muscat). Candidates will need to be willing to be accommodated ‘on site’ at Duqum.
