The principal function of this position is the implementation, development and improvement of the HIMS; principally planning, and carrying out a programme of internal system audits for Business Groups, Regions and Business Support Services in the Middle East Region to monitor the application and effectiveness of the system, and assist senior management to identify opportunities for business improvement.

Plan and manage an annual programme and quarterly schedule of internal system audits for Business Groups, Regions and BSS Units at locations as assigned.
• Liaise with Regional Directors. Head of Business Unit and Business System Coordinator.
• Prepare for and perform internal system audits to verify that plans and procedures are followed, to assess the effectiveness of the system, the effectiveness of implementation and to facilitate business improvement.
• Provide guidance and support for operational line management.
• Attend to requirements for third party certification audits.
• Prepare for and perform project audits and external audits when required.
• Assist external clients with management system implementation when required.
• Other duties associated with system management and continual improvement as required.

Excellent understanding of ISO9000, 14000 & OHSAS18000.
• Able to perform all QA actvities in the office and site environment.
• Able to perform independently internal quality audit planning, execution and closing processes.
• Assist operation/project team in developing corrective and preventive action and appropriate quality improvement initiative.

Minimum B.Sc/Graduate in engineering. Internal Auditor training on ISO 9000 preferably with IRCA registration.
