Our client requires an Operations Manager to be in overall charge of the company’s pre-cast elements production line, Engineering Department, Paving Stone Factory, all construction sites, Logistics Department and Mechanical Workshop.

The successful candidate will have B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) with at least 10 years relevant experience in high quality construction on large mixed development projects and have extensive experience in the execution of infrastructure works (water, electricity, sewage treatment, asphalt and paved roads, drainage channels etc.).

Responsibilities include preparation of bids and presentations, preparation of bill of quantities and materials, project planning, sourcing and purchasing of construction materials and equipment, and project execution and delivery.

The post holder will report directly to the Managing Director and is expected to articulate and encourage a culture of continuous improvement company-wide.
