Position
Process Engineer for Sewage MBR Biological Treatment Plant – Consultant Engineering.
Qualification
BE- Engineering degree
Experience
10 years in Biological Treatment Process Engineering, Design, Commissioning and Start up.
Responsibilities
• Guide the Contractor to carry out works as per the Contract Specifications and Drawings.
• Review of process criteria, Hydraulic profiles and the related plant process drawings.
• Coordination between Electrical, Mechanical, Process and Civil disciplines.
• Review of contractual issues related to the process work.
• Biological treatment process engineering and commissioning.
• Ensuring the Operational Process Parameters and the plant hydraulic set up are incorporated and achievable.
• Review of training materials for various levels (Manager, Engineer and Technician) of training to be imparted to Client staff.
• Review of the CMMS engineering documents.
• Review of Operation and Maintenance plans for the plant and be sure that all Biological Treatment process instruction is included.
Capabilities Required
• Shall be well versed with the international standards applicable in Wastewater industry.
• Shall possess knowledge of Membrane Bioreactors Biological WasteWater Treatment technology.
• Shall be able to analyze the plant operation process parameters and do the necessary adjustment to achieve the international and design process criteria.
• Shall be able to advice on the installation methods of various process equipments.
