Position
Process Engineer for waste water MBR Biological Treatment Plant – Consultant Engineering.
Qualification
BE- Engineering degree
Experience
10 years in Biological Treatment Process Engineering, Design, Commissioning and Start up.
Responsibilities
1. Guide the Contractor to carry out works as per the Contract Specifications and Drawings.
2. Review of process criteria, Hydraulic profiles and the related plant process drawings.
3. Coordination between Electrical, Mechanical, Process and Civil disciplines.
4. Review of contractual issues related to the process work.
5. Biological treatment process engineering and commissioning.
6. Ensuring the Operational Process Parameters and the plant hydraulic set up are incorporated and achievable.
7. Review of training materials for various levels (Manager, Engineer and Technician) of training to be imparted to Client staff.
8. Review of the CMMS engineering documents.
9. Review of Operation and Maintenance plans for the plant and be sure that all Biological Treatment process instruction is included.
Capabilities Required
1. Shall be well versed with the international standards applicable in Wastewater industry.
2. Shall possess knowledge of Membrane Bioreactors Biological Waste Water Treatment technology.
3. Shall be able to analyze the plant operation process parameters and do the necessary adjustment to achieve the international and design process criteria.
4. Shall be able to advice on the installation methods of various process equipments.
