QC / QA Manager

Our client is one of Europe’s leading Developers. Owing to ongoing developments in Russia, Ukraine and surrounding countries they have asked us to identify a number of exceptional candidates for them in the build up to the last quarter of 2008. They are a well recognised brand, with an excellent reputation preceding them, so you’ll need to be at the top of your professional tree.

Clearly Quality Control is an essential part of our client’s development projects, hence the need for an exceptional QA / QC Manager to join them either in Moscow or Ukraine. You’ll need to have a good degree and language skills for this role. Experience of setting up/ working with quality ISO 9001 and environmental ISO 14001 is a distinct advantage. Broadly speaking you’ll be;

Manage and control of all documents for construction projects from the design phase to final handover;
Management of the document control system for the Site;
Managing the Project Admin tasks related to Russian SNIP and other; requirements on Site Manage the administration of the QC documentation on Site;Conformance to specifications i.e. drawings, standards and other relevant documents;
Carry out inspections and tests to check that everything conforms to the specifications.
