They are a well recognised brand, with an excellent reputation preceding them, so you’ll need to be at the top of your professional tree.
The Technical Project Manager is a key role for our client. We’re looking to speak to either a bi lingual local, or an ex pat with excellent Russian language skills. In essence we’re looking for someone to:
Handle the technical issues and infrastructure
Deal with authorities regarding permits and approvals
Arrange site meetings with the contractors, designers and consultants,
Site Inspection Company and other meetings when needed,
Check the performance of the contractors (time, according to permits and contracts, quality, etc.),
Check and approve invoices from contractors, suppliers and consultants,
Arrange inspection of the works,
Budget control (financial reports –Cost Follow Up).
To build up contacts with Contractor for construction works, contractor for infrastructure works, Employer's authorized representative, architect for building permit, authorities, architects, consultants for geotechnical works, structural works, mechanical works, electrical works, sprinkler works, final inspector, etc.
In return for your commitment and hard work, out client is offering a complete package, ex pat where necessary. Depending on the role you can expect to receive a fully expensed, furnished, apartment in Moscow, use of a company car, health and pension cover, life insurance and bonus schemes.
