Utilities Manager

Owing to ongoing developments in Russia, Ukraine and surrounding countries they have asked us to identify a number of exceptional candidates for them in the build up to the last quarter of 2008. They are a well recognised brand, with an excellent reputation preceding them, so you’ll need to be at the top of your professional tree.
Most of our client’s developments are new build, on green field sites, so significant infrastructure works are necessary, so you’ll need to be patient, and with excellent communication skills, as you’ll be dealing with numerous local government bodies.
Coordinates activities of Contractor and subcontractors, during various phases including planning, design, pre-construction and post construction;
Monitors and inspects utility construction work in all aspects of construction activities - materials, and workmanship to ensure quality, safety, compliance with applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations and standards, compliance with terms of contract documents, and adherence to established construction schedule;
Follow up with contractor the various changes and temporary installations;
Produce a deep check list phases wise during our schedule and at the end of the construction.
Evaluate construction related problems and solve by using engineering principles
Arrange meetings with consultants (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and Sprinkler) and contractor for a design, construction and quality planning, schedule and reporting.
It’s most likely that you’ll be coming from an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering background with an excellent understanding of Russian regulations.
