LEED AP Engineer

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in LEED Certification.

Located in the UAE, an international consulting specialise in designing and implementing energy efficiency solutions, supplying reliable and cost-competitive energy commodities and services, and co-ordinating the acquisition and installation of energy infrastructure and technologies.

What are we looking for?

A LEED AP, with projects completed and LEED certification achieved.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in an industrial environment or a consultancy organisation in sustainability management (energy, water, materials, infrastructure, planning, etc).
Understanding of sustainability as it applies to the built environment
excellent command of verbal and written English language.
High level of leadership and management skills.
Energy Modeling and eQUEST software experience is an advantage.
Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences or related studies

What you will be doing?

Leading a project team whose main objective is to lead projects to achieve LEED certification.
Preparing green building-related reports and ensuring that the deliverables are delivered based on the scope of work and time schedule.
Establish good communication management with the project stakeholders.
Conduct presentations, meetings and other communication activities.
Train the project team on project related specifics.
Review concept design report or preliminary report.
Prepare for and attend meetings and workshops.
Manage entire LEED certification process
Follow up the activity list based on the proposal.
Define the project objectives, constraints and deadlines.
