Signalling Design Engineer
Location: Swindon
Salary: 25-35000 GBP
My Client is a large International consultancy that provides a full range of signalling and telecommunications services, specifically in the fields of feasibility, development and design. They undertake a significant amount of project development work of many of the UK's major Railway projects and we are frequently appointed to major multi-disciplinary projects to enable full integration with other in-house engineering disciplines.
Working within the Signalling & Telecommunications Unit, the successful candidates will undertake detailed signalling design work through CAD.
You will be involved in detailing signalling design (GRIP 5) on multidisciplinary projects within either the National S&C framework contract (Western and Southern Zone) or on Enhancement.
Candidates must have:
o Relevant HND or HNC (or equivalent)
o Appropriate membership of IRSE
o IRSE Assistant Design/Design License desirable or working toward IRSE Design License
