プロジェクト・マネージャー

Senior Project Manager is required for a major project based in Jordan working for a leading International construction management company. You will be responsible for the control and the delivery of a major project, from planning phase through to handover and completion, including full P&L responsibility and overall quality control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all contractual matters between Depa, the client and all subcontractors and relevant parties
• Approve project requirements across human resources, materials, plant and equipment
• Prepare final project budget and obtain the relevant approval
• Control project execution and monitor expenditure
• Review and approve plans, schedules, reports and ammendments
• Control master schedule and detailed schedules for the whole project
• Manage the ongoing needs of the project team
• Review the work procedures related to licenses and any required governmental approvals
• Approve subcontractor's contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with the engineer, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project close out documents
• Follow up interim and final payments, and handover certificates with the engineer, consultant and clients.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant degree qualification
• 10+ years experience
• Experience of managing diverse teams in line with complex strategic and financial targets
• Advanced proficiency in current technology across project management, design and reporting
• Fluency in English is essential
