Senior Mechanical Site Engineer (Plumbing and Fire Fighting)

A leading Architectural consultant with projects and offices in the Middle East is seeking for a high qualified Senior Mechanical Site Engineer (Plumbing and Fire fighting)

Bachelore in Mechanical Engineer with minimum 12 years of experience.
Must have excellent communication skill sin both verbal and written English.
Must have excellent Project Management skills.

Supervise the works of relevant mechanical (HVAC/PH/FF/Utilities) Contractors to ensure quality and that constructions/installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.

Should have experience in high rise projects.

Review shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and that they are coordinated. Where applicable, receive feedback from the Site Engineer/Inspector or design office and incorporate their comments.
Review method statements to ensure that the Contractor proposal is feasible and will achieve the intended purpose.
Inspect deliveries/installed/constructed work to ensure that it is in accordance with the shop drawings and the specifications.
Meet with Local Authorities along with Contractor where required and attend site visits by Local Authorities in order to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth approval process.
