Looking for signalling design Engineer’s at Principal or Design Manager Level.
Skills Required:
• PTS
• 1.1.130 Principle Designers Licence / 1.1.145 Design Manager
• HNC level education in an engineering discipline, with experience
• Knowledge of railway construction methods and materials used.
• Detailed knowledge of Group and company standards and procedures and HSE legislation.
• Good office applications and CAD and CAD standards knowledge.
• Ability to plan and produce compliant signalling schemes with minimum supervision.

Implications of working with other disciplines.
Responsibility:
• Provide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements.
• Report to Design Engineer/Design Verifier for guidance and instruction as required.
• Produce design calculations and drawings.
• Verification and validation of Engineering non complex design drawings
• Direct assisting design personnel and other personnel as required.
• Contribute to the production of design investigations, reports and specifications.
• Design in compliance with relevant technical, professional and group standards.
• Ensure project change for design package is fully Implemented and recorded
• Undertake work using formal processes and procedures.
• Manage and record time and assist in providing time estimates for tasks
• Interface with testing, installation and other departments as necessary.
