Our client is one of the largest property developers in the Middle East, with strong investment and management capabilities and expertise in the construction of high rise residential apartment and commercial buildings in the Middle East and North Africa region. The company is currently working on projects worth USD 32 billion in Egypt, which includes low & medium rise commercial and luxury residential buildings, mixed use development and villas.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate in quantity surveying or civil engineering from a recognised university and a professional membership of the RICS. The applicant will have relevant years of experience as senior commercial manager within a large property developer, contractor, or cost consulting company. The candidate must have previous experience in managing multiple large-scale building, mixed-use development projects from inception to completion stage. Middle East experience will be advantageous.
