Ability and willingness to accurately and quickly measure/ take off from Engineers' design drawings to prepare Bills of Quantities for major projects.
A good working knowledge of construction, preferably of civil/ infrastructure engineering work, and preferably experience of Design and Construct projects PFI procurement methods.
Working experience of using a QS software package(s).
