Key responsibilities include:
Managing project or portfolio of wide range of projects
Working on design and co-ordination of projects
Providing leadership and motivation to the design team to focus on project delivery, whilst mentoring junior engineers
Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
Prepare and monitor work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
Managing delivery of projects to meet quality standards and procedures
Liasing with other professionals and clients, in order to generate repeat business
Participating in business development activities
Knowledge of specialists software
Skills:
Successful candidates will be BSc Civil Engineering or MSc Civil Engineering qualified
He or she will have a technical knowledge of infrastructure or specialise in one particular field.
