The following key position is site based for the construction of a very prestigious tall building (over 60 storeys high) for a well known group of hotels. The selected candidates would be required to work with International Designers and Specialist Firms and shall exhibit flexibility and maturity to handle the coordination issues and to steer the project to achieve the desired objectives of quality, time and cost.
Structural Engineers
The preferred candidates would be Chartered Civil / Structural Engineers with relevant experience in the design and on-site supervision of tall RCC buildings. The position requires close monitoring of the quality and detail of structural construction by the contractors and also resolve any coordination issues with other disciplines such as Architectural, Building Services etc., to ensure smooth progress of work.
The ideal candidates would have 15+ years overall experience (age around 40 years). Working experience in the Gulf / Middle East and in similar projects / position would be an added advantage.
