Our client, once of the largest developers in the world and fundemental in the construction of Dubai over the past 10-15 years are looking for a Snr Project Manager for one of the Palm Island Projects in Dubai.

Applicants should be comfortable with managing all operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects with respect to planning, logistics, environment, health, safety, quality and security. You must ensure targets are met and smooth logistical support and controls are maintained at all times.

Applicants will have expert knowledge of principle and strategic planning, statistical analysis techniques and computer software including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects. Strong project management skills, verbal skills and technical writing ability are key skills for this position. Energetic and a pro-active work ethic with well developed leadership capabilities. Good time management, problem solving and flexibility to manage change.
