Position: Claims Manager
Location: Dubai
Package: £6000 to £7500 pcm Tax Free
This UK Consultancy, with offices internationally is renowned for it’s expertise across the roads, rail, water, property management, local government, regeneration, environment, land services, energy and waste management sectors.
They are currently working on the civils and infrastructure aspects of a number of high profile mix used developments in the UAE, including a residential community with over 6000 homes, leisure facilities, shopping, mosques, schools & parks and a waterfront mega project, involving major earthworks inland and reclamation of the sea.
They are currently seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced Claims Manager for the multi-million dollar residential community building project.
The individual should hold a degree in either Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognised university and be a member of a recognised professional institution (ICE, MRICS or similar). The Claims Manager is assigned to manage all site claims related activities. They are to report directly to the Construction Project Manager on the project and liase with the Employers Project Manager in their resolution.
