Job Title : Central Facilities Manager

A leading contractor in Dubai is looking for a highly experienced Central Facilities Manager.
You will be responsible for developing a property strategy, along with managing the maintenance of buildings and advising on health and safety of a building’s environment for the occupants and users. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this role and will demonstrate a working knowledge of managing the buildings and the services.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level preferably with an engineering or building services discipline and an industry affiliation such as BIFM would be an advantage. You will also demonstrate an excellent command of the English language.
