We are seeking an experienced Master Planner who is able to lay out very large large urban mixed use developments. You will be a senior manager with not less than 15 yrs experience and will have a proven track record in major projects.
The ability to start with a blank piece of paper and develop useful concepts for large scale urban living will be essential. You will need to be conversant with infrastructure, traffic planning, community dynamics and practical construction issues for communities in excess of 60,000 residents.
