My client is looking for an Estimator to work within our Work Winning Team based at our office in Birmingham. This position offers excellent progression within the Company for the right candidates.
The key elements of the role are to:
Receive and process Tender Documents, review and distribute documents.
Ensure all relevant parties both internal and external are up-to-date on the progress of project.
Contribute to the selection of preferred approval of Sub-Contractor companies within the region.
Attend initial Briefing Meetings and fully participate in Final Price Meetings and handover meetings.
Prepare tender and post tender correspondence as well as compiling contractual documents, tender submission, collate and review Market Intelligence information with regard to competitor activity.
Generate post-tender feedback
Candidates will lead the tender process on a significant range of projects including Design and Build.
HND/Degree qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of progression in the Construction Industry.
