Our client, one of the largest retail groups in Dubai they are a family owned business comprising of over 20 companies, each known for the highest level of quality and service, thus placing the Group as a leader in the UAE's business community and beyond. They are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager to oversee a number of their fit-out, retails projects across Dubai. They are looking for the right candidate as soon as possible.
Our client has relevant needs that they would like the candidate to fill such as:
Experience with Interior/Fit projects ideally retail
Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification relevant to construction project management
Networking of architects, contractors, engineers and government authorities.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Ability to draw up programs and schedules for the Projects
Understanding of the market and of contractual/ legal terms
15 years work experience in a construction industry with latter years in a responsible project management position
