The key duties of this position are to - plan/manage resources (people/plant/IT/etc) for the project/section in an efficient and effective manner - manage adherence to, and revision of, construction programmes to ensure that they are up-to-date - ensure that sub-contractors meet their obligations and that contractual variances and scopes are recorded - promote a safety culture to colleagues and sub-contractors on the project/section - ensure that the project/section team adhere to Company Procedures.
Construction related HNC or Degree, or equivalent practical experience. CSCS card - Site Manager
