TYPE OF PROJECTS: SOCIAL HOUSING and BESPOKE RESIDENTIAL
VALUE OF PROJECTS: £250k to £6m
Reporting to the Commercial Manager my client requires an experienced Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor experienced in general construction with knowledge of either Social Housing or Bespoke Residential conversions. You will be expected to procure subcontractors, agree contract terms, assess and carry out site valuations, administer the variation account trough to agreement of the final account with the client’s surveyor. The role will suit a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor with the drive to succeed.
